A Proposal · For Christina & Shane Mandrell

Two websites,
one family, two ways
to run them.

New, hand-built sites for both Mandrell's businesses — Pressure Cleaning and CFO Services — with working form-mailers that actually deliver leads. Plain HTML, nothing to babysit. Below you'll find the full scope and two clear ways to host it.

Where things stand.

You've got two informative sites already up. They tell people who you are — but they don't work for you. The piece that matters most, the form that turns a visitor into a lead, is the part that's either missing or unreliable: it doesn't forward to the right addresses, the customer never gets a confirmation, and every WordPress update is a roll of the dice on which plugin quietly breaks next.

This proposal replaces both with hand-built sites that keep everything that informs — and add the working machinery: form-mailers that deliver and confirm, a lead table you own, and a clear path toward seeing where your leads actually come from.

02

The approach.

Both sites stay flat — plain HTML, CSS, and a small amount of JavaScript. No WordPress, no plugin marketplace, nothing that needs a Tuesday update to keep working. The one piece with moving parts is the form-mailer, and that's handled directly on your server so there's no third-party service to chase and no email delivery to lose.

The work is delivered in phases. Phase 1 is the must-haves below — the form-mailers and lead handling that both businesses need to start capturing work. The desires beyond that (the analytics dashboard) are scoped as Phase 2, so the first launch stays focused and on-budget.

03

What's included.

Organized by site, then split into Phase 1 must-haves and Phase 2 desires.

Mandrell's Pressure Cleaning

The lead engine — built to turn a phone search into an estimate request.

The deliverables

  • 01
Six-page websiteHome, About, Services, Service Areas, Gallery, and Free Estimate — Gainesville first, with Jacksonville, Orlando & Tampa covered.
  • 02
Estimate request form-mailerSubmissions email instantly to several internal addresses — and the customer gets a confirmation copy, so they know it went through.
  • 03
Photo & detail captureName, phone, address, region, services, and job photos — captured with the lead.
  • 04
MySQL leads table → your Access databaseEvery lead writes a row with a built-in status pipeline (new → contacted → quoted → scheduled → completed). Export and pour into Access whenever you want.
  • 05
Before & after galleryLoaded with your job photos. Customer testimonials drop in the same way — adding more later is a quick edit, not a project.
Site 02 · The firm

Mandrell's CFO Services

A qualifier, not just a contact box — it earns trust while it collects.

The deliverables

  • 01
Marketing site + team pagesThe firm, the founders, and individual bio pages for all ten team members — credibility your $500K–$30M prospects expect.
  • 02
Lead-qualifying intakeA guided form that qualifies, audits, analyzes and identifies the prospect's needs as they fill it in — so you can weed through and pick the right fits.
  • 03
Trust-building by designGives the prospect something useful in return, so completing it feels like the first step of working together.
  • 04
Internal deliveryQualified submissions email to several internal addresses, ready for follow-up.
  • 05
Spam & robot filteringHoneypot, timing trap, and a human-check question — bots get filtered out while real prospects sail through.

Pressure Cleaning — must-haves

Phase 1 · Included

The first phase gets the leads flowing and stored.

  • Form-mailer to several internal emailsEach estimate request is emailed to multiple internal addresses at once, so a lead never lands in one inbox and stalls. Reliable server-side delivery — no third-party form service.
  • Confirmation copy to the customerThe customer gets an automatic confirmation email of their request — the warm fuzzies that tell them it went through, which the old form-mailer never did.
  • MySQL table to hold form-mailer dataEvery submission also writes a row to a MySQL table on your server, with a status pipeline built in — new, contacted, quoted, scheduled, completed. Export it and pour it into your Access database whenever you want — your data, in your hands. Access import-ready

  • Lead-qualification & audit intakeThe form qualifies, audits, analyzes and identifies the prospect's situation as they go — surfacing the right leads and giving the prospect a reason to trust the firm before the first call. Scope finalized with you
  • Robot & spam filtering, invisible to real prospectsA honeypot field, a timing trap, and a simple human-check question keep the bots and spam out — while professional, desirable clients move through easily and seamlessly.

06

How to choose.

Pick Option A if…

You'd rather not think about it.

You want both sites to just stay up, stay secure, and stay current — and you want one local person to call when you need a change. The $50/month covers hosting, backups, monitoring, and two hours of edits each month across both businesses.

Pick Option B if…

You want to own and host it yourself.

You already have hosting or in-house IT and prefer to control the servers. We build both sites, hand them off, and you only pay for future work at $75/hour when you actually need it.

07

Why local matters here.

Most small-business sites get built somewhere far away, on a template, and then the owner is alone with it. When something breaks, there's no one to call. When you want a change, there's a ticket queue in another timezone.

I work out of Florida. You'll have my cell. Under Option A, updates happen within a business day — usually within an hour — and if a site goes down at 6am, I get the notification and fix it before you've finished your coffee. Family-style web work for a family-owned pair of businesses.

08

Next steps.

Tell me which option fits, and send over three things: the CFO intake details we discussed (the questions you want the qualifier to ask), the internal email addresses each form should deliver to, and that folder of before-and-after job photos for the Pressure Cleaning gallery — testimonials too, if you have favorites. I'll send a short agreement and an invoice for the build, and you can expect Phase 1 wired up and live within a week of go-ahead.
